The story of a damn beautiful adventure
It was in 2015 that the idea of forming a group was born in the mind of Assunta Bouchard, a woman passionate about music, a graduate in interpretation and didactics at Laval University. Courting six of his friends, who gladly accept to embark on the adventure, the project takes shape and three musicians join the group. After a few practices, chemistry, pleasure and passion being at the rendezvous, the group is officially formed and named “A damn good gang”. Composed of 4 singers: Assunta Bouchard, Sylvie Boudreau, Nathalie Roberge and Cathy Asselin; 3 singers: Dominique Guay, Paul Munro and Mathieu Jean; of a guitarist: Jacques Dubois; of a saxophonist: Ricardo Velozo; and a pianist: Patrice Montreuil; “A damn good gang” is proud to offer shows for the benefit of associations of all kinds.
